So here’s a little about me:
I’m a wife and momma of 4! I’m “that mom” who rocks wearing the team color my kids are sporting at any given time and have plenty of pics to prove it! You can totally call me “extra.” I carried TWO babies at the same time which made me feel like a super hero and I‘m convinced was one of the biggest blessings of my life. I raise athletes which is super fun since I’ve basically always been a cheerleader! I became a full time pancreas only a few months ago and just dropped my oldest, aka baby girl off at college for the first time as a D1 athlete I have to add. #Proudmom

I’ve built a billion dollar health and wellness business from my phone. But in doing so I’ve learned that as we take care of our physical health if we aren’t caring for our mental and spiritual health we will never be complete or truly thrive.

I’m not perfect. I don’t have it all figured out. I struggle. I’m a lover of Jesus and know I fail him daily. I fail as a mom and wife daily as well. But here’s the deal. I’m growing and learning and there have been incredible people placed in my life who have taught me so much. What I’ve learned should not be kept a secret because I truly believe it can be used to bless others.

People ask me all the time how I do it! They see the mom on the go. The business builder making waves. The wife on super sweet trips with her husband. They see what they presume is the picture perfect life. Yet in reality, I’ve been broken to the core yet yet made whole again through Jesus.
