There’s so much joy in making things happen. Last summer, I thought to myself, “wouldn’t it be incredible to spend my 40th birthday with the people I love and at the place I love the most?!”
Being able to live out my dreams and make it happen has been an incredible blessing. Have I had to work hard to get here? Yes. Was it always easy? No. Did I have people telling me that it couldn’t be done? YES!
Working 8-5, being stuck in debt, and not having the freedom to be with my kids…..I knew my family and I deserved more! So much more!
“A life of limitless freedom is not, not working. It is working by your own rules. Work when you want to work, for however long you want to work. Nobody is telling you that you can’t have time off or that you can’t take a sick day when you need one. You are the one that is in charge so make your own rules, and do what you want.”
Making those dreams come to fruition and living the life you deserve is about taking the action to execute, instead being stuck in a whirlwind of ideas, dreams, goals that never happen!
If you were given the opportunity of a lifetime, would you just pass it up, or would you jump in with both feet on the ground, and say, “Let’s DO this?!”
I said, “Let’s DO this!!”
HERE’S HOW I GOT STARTED:
I wrote down my goals.
I set deadlines for myself. Daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly.
I took that first step!
I worked on mindset and surrounded myself with other motivated leaders.
I completed my tasks, and re-evaluated where I was, and how I was progressing.
Don’t wait for someone else to make the rules or set limits for you. Write your own story! And I promise you’ll be glad you did!
